Hmmm Gatecamping at an airport.. I think that the local concord are a little more pro-active there than in New Eden...
You might actually get in trouble if you tried that.. then again.. if you are there with tornado armed with 1400mm ( aka guns that fire 1.4 METER diameter shells ) guns, I doubt they'll do anythin except maybe call the army.

Does railgun ammunition come in Hollow Point?

Well CONCORD are already camping. I'd say airport is like 0.8 - 0.9? So u better be able to alpha what you're after.

Maybe you should start the "Burn Gatwick" campaign?

Also, gate camping in the airport is bad. Defintely a no-no to leave cans with ammo or corpses laying around a gate.

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?

Considering a Tornado is taller than Taipei 101, I think the minivan shells are the least of their worries.

They're owned by some Spanish company which (like all Spanish companies these days) is going bust. Lost track of what they were supposed to sell to comply with competition rules TBH.
