Your Sunday dose of Burn Jita screenshots in 3840x2160 (updated)

Since RnK are all negative sec status and we can't play any active role on any side in Burn Jita, I decided to do what humans do best when confronted with violence: take pictures.

There is a little compression (original uncompressed images are ~50mb each) but Chribba does a much better job of the hosting than imgur and co.

New screens (still 2160p; some added DOF and lighting):

Thanks for the pictures. 'Looting the Field' and 'Flock of Birds' stood out most to me.

Those are all Concord ships in 'Flock of Birds' right? That's amazing.

Hope to get to Jita this weekend to join in the fun, if my Sec Status allows it.

I think I need a bigger monitor. I couldn't even view the screenshots properly and could only saw a small portion of it at a time.

By they way, when we can expect another awesome RNK video maldodor? :)

I guess I'm lucky that I got to see 1/4 of it at a time.

Depending on your OS and browser try hitting the 'command/windows key' and the ' - ' (minus) button to size down oversized images.
Safari & Firefox (here) usually size down an image that doesn't fit your screen, but somehow it doesn't work now. Might be some evil Chribba coding @ work.

Click the small icon up-right and it will redirect you to a non-framed version.

Also the fireworks screenshot was pretty damn neat!

I also like how the external website warning doesn't pop up like it does for everything else. CCP doesn't place their trust in anyone else, even Eon and Eve Mon gets the message.

Today was the first time in many many years that I saw those good old CONCORD clouds that used to be the hallmark of Jita. More of this is needed! Lol

This is using a dual-dvi link (bigger pixel clock than, say, hdmi or dvi) on 120hz to drop hz for a 2160p res@60hz. I recorded some footage of the scenes above, for example, at 60fps (though resulting the file is nearly a terrabyte).

In terms of graphics cards, it's running on SLI Geforce Titans, which are at about 80-90% load each in those scenes, with added supersampling via nvidia inspector. SSAA @ 2160p is certainly a good workout for them, though not quite as hectic as a fully decked out Crysis 3, for example.

I have a 680GTX and I don't believe i can run those settings. Just out of curiosity, what is the specific model monitor you are using for that resolution? I've been looking at some of the bigger resolution options out there and the 120hz thing is kind of what I am gravitating towards.

Edit: I'm a ******, you just said two titans in SLI. looooooooooooool nope, my quest ends.
