All day we have killed freighter's in jita but i can see that alot of kills havent been updated yet, som kills where made over 12h ago :/

is this a known bug or?

It's because a lot of carebears don't have their killboard API key uploaded.

You need to remember how killboards acquire killmails. There are three main methods, manual inputting, API fetching, and fetching from other killboards. The former relies on someone actually pushing butan, but particularly shiny kills are normally manually posted for bragging purposes, as API importing is not instantaneous. As for API fetching, as noted above, not every corp has a killlog API registered with a public board. Fetching from other boards is more tricky, it firstly relies on the mail being posted to a killboard that other boards are pulling from. Secondly, many KB admins only import API-verified kills from other boards to prevent potential fake mails spreading, but this also prevents legitimate mails which haven't been API verified from propagating to more public boards. Finally, not all killboards openly support mail feeding to other boards, notably the PL and Goonfleet boards.

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.
