Cappuccino

Milk, and espresso, made with coffee from my friends company (http://roastcentral.co.uk/), fresh ground and pressed in my espresso machine. Milk has to be full-fat, steamed into a light froth and just a shade under 70 Celsius.

Poured into my favorite cup, sprinkled with cinnamon and voila:

Mmmmmmmm. Bacon, Tomato & Cheese Panini

Edit: There is only one in Tampa, and it's 5 miles from my abode.

2nd Edit: Sounds yummy and do-able:http://www.food.com/recipe/bacon-and-tomato-grilled-cheese-sandwich-225857

Not so sure about this recipe: http://southernfood.about.com/od/sandwiches/r/bl30710r.htm Worcestershire kinda throws it off for me.

Put ~60-70ml tap water into a ~400 ml large cup, microwave to near-boiling point.
Add 3-4 full teaspoons of sugar first, and stir heavily to have all bubbles removed from the mix.
After that, add 2 super-full teaspoons of instant coffee (usually Jacobs Kronung) and stir gently.
Optionally, also add a teaspoon of either Nesquik cocoa mix, or any cappuccino mix, or both.
While gently stirring, gradually pour in ~270-300 ml of (usually 2%) milk, right out of the refrigerator.
Optionally, sprinkle it with a little bit of cinnamon powder.
= yummy "iced" latte

Gently stirring coffee is crucial to its success. Big smile

Well, it does work as a coffee creamer.

Anything non-instant.

Real coffee beans, dark roast. No major preference as long as it's coffee.
No milk/cream (typically). No poison sugar/sweetener whatsover. Just plain ground coffee and hot water.

Occasionally, I throw in a cinnamon stick, chocolate powder or boiled egg shells.

Now I'm gonna ask a silly question... why do people insist to drink a bitter drink, and then sweeten it to hyperglycemia?

If they don't like bitter taste, why do they drink coffee? Question

It's an acquired addiction, just like drug or tobacco addiction, it's very hard to kick.
Re-training the tastebuds isn't easy for the average person. Requires a lot of initial willpower until the tastebuds re-adjust.

Used to put sugar into everything (which was years back), but nowadays, if I put sugar into my coffee, it puts me off immediately with a cloying aftertaste.
I don't even put sugar to my pure cocoa drinks. Used milk instead. Absolutely love the creamy bitterness taste.

French press with fresh ground beans makes the best cup of coffee imo... the oils that a paper filter would catch make for a much better flavor that drip coffee.

I usually add splenda and milk to my coffee. If I get coffee while I'm out I usually Starbucks Pike Place Roast. While I don't like coffee that's very lightly roasted, I've never been fond the bold/dark roasts.

Because... they like the taste of the way they've prepared their coffee?

Coffee has a lot of flavorful compounds and there's more to it than just a bitter taste.

You may as well ask why people bother eating chocolate, if the even more bitter cocoa has to be mixed with milk and sugar before people will eat it. Or yogurt if it has to be sweetened with sugar or fruits.

Personally I wouldn't eat a plain baked potato without butter or sour cream.
