I have been to the Swift and Bitter site and it all makes sense apart from the last 2 columns for Hi-Sec ladar Sites.

Why arn't there any entries in the last 2 columns? I'm puzzled because hi-sec ladar complexes do exist.

Is the chart just incomplete or am I missing something?

TIA

It's incomplete. It's not the only gap. You kinda fill them in yourself with experience though.

'cause they're region dependent and also I'm too lazy to find out all +- 64 Nebula(e?) names and which bands they lie in. As long as the low/null combats are on the chart that's all that matters, right?! :D

Well, that's all I need. And it makes me happy that so many people are looking for Serpentis Logistical Outpost in the wrong place. It's complete enough!

I've been using this site as well and plugged in my current Sisters Core Probe strength, but I frequently get signal readings that don't quite match what's on the site. How am I supposed to match those? Do I just go with the nearest similar signal on the website?

Cores will definitely show some deviation. Use your judgement, round, and you should be fine. But this is why it works better with DSPs.

It works perfectly fine with core probes. Use the red spheres that you get with one probe as an initial indicator: Is it a large bubble and the scanned strength seems to be lower than what is to be expected? Thats range lowering your readout.

With a bit of experience you will do it just fine.

[edit]Basically instead of that with DSPs the deviation happens somewhere in the .0x digits or so, with core probes it will be in the single digits or .x range (that was not good english i guess, but i don't know any different).[/edit]
