When did the materials get changed on the mining barges and cruiser / frigs

i noticed the other day that some of the above and other ships too the base materials have been split.

this is for T1 items this didnt used to be like this i think i missed the patch notes maybe??

A few monts ago ( when they rebalanced the barges. )

Mostly so people could not build tons of barges then reprocess them for more minerals once patch day came.

Barges, August last year. Cruisers December last year. Frigs some were in Dec, some earlier.

The problem is that if you build it post-patch you still cannot reclaim the minerals on refine. While I appreciate the reason they did this, it further impedes your ability to spot items being sold for less than they are worth to make. This feature does not only exist in cruisers and barges, but in rebalanced modules as well (e.g. gas cloud harvesters)
