1 Implement a forum feature that generates a pop-up window that a Dev has to click through reminding them of any forum threads they have created, and are stickied, that they have not replied in for over 2 weeks.
(I am sure examples of these threads are not necessary for me to link to)

2 Also add a pop-up that the rest of the projects team has to click through when a Dev has not posted in one of their stickied threads in a month.
(Peer pressure works. This also then may cause people to take over threads when someone has been transferred off a project.)

3 Make Devs list the projects they are working on somewhere in their profile and keep it up to date.
(Too many stickied threads started by people who are probably not even involved with that project or may not even work for CCP anymore.)

4 We also need a way to filter forum search results by date.
(I mean seriously? WTF is up with this "advanced search," maybe advanced for the Flinstones)

5 A minor improvement would be patch notes thread that is kept up to date on the test server.
