Looking for a small loan that will be used to broaden my trading operations in Rens. All transactions dealt with these loans will be delt with on this character. I also do mining on my other character who is a director of a mining corp in the system Hakeri. It is located 5 jumps from Rens. Having being with these fellows for a long time I will be able to provide collateral with some of our mining barges.

Loan size: 1 Billion ISK

Minimum Investment: 100 Million ISK

Rate: 10%

Collateral: 5 Hulks and Tech 2 Strip Miners if needed

Start Date: 4/19/2013

Maturity: 30 Days from Start 5/19/2013

It is preferred if this bond is filled by 1 person.

If you pull out early you will not receive any interest.

Is this theatre? What am I watching here? I don't understand any of this. A loan with 150% collateral, 10% interest and everything seems to be going as planned....
