Caldari/Minmatar BS, frig, cruiser, etc at 5 is preferred. The more, the better
Great missile/gunnery/shield skills preferred
Not looking for capital skills. Wont turn someone down if they have them, but for me they arent really a bonus
Positive sec status
Decent name

Budget is around 30 billion, but I can be flexible if the right character comes around.

gal/min bs 3 gal frig 5 cov opp caldari black opp heavy interdictor 4
can fly tengu all sub to 4 hm 5 cruise 5 decent hybrid and projectiles skills
good drones skill t2 hammers...been pvp alt combat focuse skills since day 1
