[61/100] 35B Bond @ 9% a month

Hey there,

After my previous two bonds, which have both ended quite well, I am now back with a bond that will be slightly different than before. That is because this bond will be covering two fronts of the EVE market. On one hand, I have entered a partnership that will allow me to get much higher profits.

However, for this reason, this bond is going to have slightly different parameters to go by.

Quote:

35 Billion ISK Bond

Interest: 9% / Month
Repayment: 20% / Month (5 month duration)[/i]

Due to the longer period of time this bond will be active, I will allow for investors to take out their ISK at any point, after which they will get their full investment + interest built up to that point.

If you feel like you need to ask me any questions, feel free to throw me a convo or an EVEmail in-game, as I'd be happy to fill in any blanks you might think there are!

Hi! I`m interested.

Just briefly confirming my interpretation: Interest is generated only on the amount outstanding at any time, not on the original loan amount?

IE: Month one: 1.0000.000.000 outstanding/90m interest. Month two: 800.000.000 outstanding/72m interest and so on?

Naturally, full interest on the full value for the full period, regardless of repayments, would be a windfall for the investor, but I take it you're not proposing such an uncustomary deal.

Look forward to talking further

Oh yes that is something I did neglect to mention by mistake. The interest will be calculated over the remaining outstanding bond, which means that you will recieve 20% of the total bond monthly, and after every month you will recieve 9% over the outstanding bond.

If you invest 5b, this is how it will be repaid:
Month 1 - 1b repayment, 450m interest (9% over 5b)
Month 2 - 1b repayment, 360m interest (9% over 4b)
Month 3 - 1b repayment, 270m interest (9% over 3b)

And so on.

I'll take 500M if there is still space available. ISK is ready when you are.

These may as well be farts in the wind but I have had a few beers since the start of this thread.

Just curious how this was going, and if it was still open to investments. Thanks. Send me an evemail.

Just note that under OP's current structure, the 9 percent seems to be compounded monthly over a returning sum.

Theoretically lets assume one direct investor invest all of the 35 million in capital

20% of total bond would be returned, thats about 7 billion of capital per month + interest returned.

so

35 Bill / 3.15 Bill returned
28 Bill / 2.52 Bill returned
21 / 1.89 Bill returned
14 / 1.26 Bill returned
7 / 0.63 bill returned

A total of 9.45 Billion is returned, for a total of 27 percent of returns over time.
A straight 9 percent, not compounded monthly would only be 3.15 billion per month. A straight 9 percent compounded monthly without re investments of the 9 percent is 15.75

Like Warren Buffet says, the power of compounding is important.

I hope OP can handle a 27 percent return over the long term.

Keep in mind, the OP needs to make profit over the 27 percent return for his own personal gains. It is possible to make a 27 percent return + making enough profit for one's self. Its not impossible, especially with the new patch coming up and with all the speculation coming about. I just want to let readers know of the numbers that OP seems to be proposing.
