hopefully around 7.5

toon is 20 ish days from proteus. though will need gunnery work to be decent (if thats your thing)

else tengu / recon stuff or anything ecm goes down nice

Unfortunately, my budget is still around 5b.

All the recon and other skills does look pretty nice, but I am currently not looking for those atm. Sorry
