Let me know what you think.

The Command Ships:

Damnation:
I think this ship serves its purpose as a brick with links and is balanced pretty well.

Absolution:
167k ehp, about 80% resists for every type, and about 600dps with conflag. It’s an expensive brick. Seems good where it is. The extra tracking and high resists set it apart from battleships, but only a tad.

Vulture:
I see this as needing to go in the direction of the damnation. Loads of ehp and little to no dps. Right now it has about half the ehp (but a nice ~400dps passive tank). I would suggest nerf the passive by lowering base shield recharge and raise the ehp.

Nighthawk.
Three words: Passive Shield Tank. That’s what I want to see this guy excel in. Finding a way to buff passive without buffing ehp would be nice though. Just give it a per level bonus? -5% to the cap penalty of Shield Power Relays per level? Bonus the shield recharge of the PDU per level? (so that it would be equivalent to the Shield Power Relay, but with the added bonus of more powergrid and other stuff).

Eos:
I feel this guy should supply links and tank well, but still be able to do a bit of dps too. It kinda already does that, but it is only able to apply about 450 with blasters 120k ehp. Perhaps another gun? I’m worried about how slow the Eos is when most of it’s dps is in blasters. More mids would be another option. Isn’t it supposed to be an ewar support ship?

Astarte:
The Astarte is great just because it can do 922 dps with a great tank. It’s a bit slow but still has decent range: 7.2+17(704 dps) with null. I say don’t change it.

Claymore:
The name of the game here is speed. Yes that’s right CCP, I bet that If you made this guy fast with the shield tank of, say a shield cane, it would be exactly what people want. When I see the claymore I see a nanofleet support ship. This means that you really need to keep up with your fleet b/c after all, the lion catches the one that runs slowest. Make the claymore fast. If you make it fast, I don’t care about the tank, dps, sensor strength, or anything else, just as long as I can kyte with the rest of my fleet. (psst don’t forget agility, pilots often overlook that).

Sleipnir:
This guy too, was powerful enough as is, and then on top of that we were given the X-LASB *giggle like a little girl with delight*. So yeah, now it can burst tank more than 1500 dps (that’s with heat but who wouldn’t overheat that mod? It lasts longer than a reload). So if you assume you can tank the dps they are dishing out, this means you essentially have about 85k ehp, but that’s only for the first batch of cap boosters! The Sleip has great tank, about 900 dps, and decent speed. Umm… this may need a nerf guys.

The Heavy Assult Ships:

Zealot:
Just the fact that the Zealot is widely used in null warfare says a lot about how well balanced it is. It does not have an incredible amount of dps but tanks well and has a sig radius that makes it hard to hit. Keep It as it is.

Sacrilege:
I think the Sacrilege is much better than popularity suggests. If you want to active armor tank with a cruiser, the Sacrilege is your man. This is all thanks to the new AAR and it’s cap bonus. Even if you didn’t want to active tank, this guy supports a hearty buffer with very good resists. Tee hee, have you seen how quick it is with an active tank and a single nano? I would like to see the Sacrilege stay where it is plz.

Cerberus:
What was this ship supposed to do again? All I really see it used for is a long range frig killer. The tank is measly and the speed is meh. Maybe it really is only supposed to be a frig killer. Others seem to like it enough. Maybe I just don’t get it.

Eagle:
The Eagle seems broken to me right now. The dps is laughable, even for a ship that can hit out to that range. This guy needs dps bad. Then it might be able to contend as a sniper ship or even a brawler. Here’s a thought: for ships that are supposed to be snipers like this one, would it not be good to allow it to use the micro jump drive as well?

Ishtar:
Why haven’t we given any ships a bonus to sentry damage specifically? I would really like to see the Ishtar sniping and using sentries more because how you are required to snipe with them is so unique. Remove the gun damage bonus if you do this. Otherwise, I think the Ishtar is pretty good. A base increase to explosive resist would be nice but I guess that’s just gallente T2 for ya.

Diemos:
Well thank you CCP, the hybrid buff treated the Diemos nicely and I can really tell you had this guy in mind when you did the balancing. I am happy with the Diemos.

Vagabond:
+150 base armor. That is it. This opens up another ship to play alongside the Zealot. It would be slightly less tanky but a little bit more speedy. It’s sad that the vaga has been overshadowed partially by the T3 (or attack) BCs. But it’s still fast, with good tracking, and decent dps.

Munnin:
I feel the Munnin needs to be more similar to the vaga, just with artys. I would really like to see the vaga’s slot layout but just with optimal and damage bonuses (much preferred over ROF). Idk if I would want it to keep the tracking bonus if dps was pretty good. Keep the speed around the same. I don’t want this guy going faster than a scimitar with a nano (~2000m/s). What you have is a lightly tanked moderate speed shield hac with good range and alpha with artys. No utility high plz.

The Recons:

Curse:
Drone patch made this much better. Still a good solo ship that still works. If you want to be kind add more cap or speed but I don’t think it needs it.

Pilgrim:
Needs more ehp. I find that pilgrams either do one of two things: They either are the first to uncloak for an ambush or attempt to neut out enemy ships at point blank. For both you badly need more ehp. Add it in armor though. We don’t want another curse.

Falcon and Rook are fine.
Arazu and Lach are both fine too.
Huginn and Rapier seem to still be working but may need a tad more ehp.

The Electronic Attack Ships:

Sentinel:
Slightly more ehp or resists to keep up with the recent frig overhauls. Won’t need much; it’s a good 1v1 ship already.

Kitsune:
Fine. Working as intended. Zip around and jam stuff at 70km

Keres:
Much better now with the damp buff. People are realizing more that damps really mess with logistics ships by making them sit right next to the main fleet while repping. Also, works well as a fast-locker with a point. Would be nice to fit 3xdamps, point, and mwd cap stable without sacrificing too much.

Hyena:
Needs the most work of the four. I feel it either needs to go the way the sentinel went with the ability to 1v1 rather well, or increase the web bonus, because it’s just not effective enough as is. Unlike all the other support frigs, the Hyena has the most powerful support role: webbing. As a result of that, it cannot happily sit “behind the lines” and perform its role, it still has to get within that 20km range and then either sit there (a bad idea, medium guns track really well at that range), or start a close orbit. It does not have the ability to survive either, especially in fleet battles. Maybe a -30% web with 40km range would be ok but it would be hard to be sure. Anyway, a quick and not so radical fix would to be to add more ehp and/or arty dps (for da 1v1s). Don’t worry about the hyena becoming the king of kite either, if a frig with good speed burns straight at it, the deceleration of the web would not be instantaneous enough to prevent said frig from getting a scram and web off. I assume this would make many eft warriors angry when they find the “perfect kiter” bested by a rifter with an overheated MWD.
