Changing Resources I really like the idea Here are my 2 cents

I would like to see change in the general universe I think the following ideas would allow exploration mining full.
Currently dotlan maps will tell you where all the ice belts, are where most of the high end moons are,
Other places tell you where every mission is. It is like the resource map is displayed in local. This allows those with the biggest guns to control the most wealth. Universe becomes stagnant.

Grind to find jems though exploration probe will rarely produce anything. No chance to be small and have time to grab a tech moon till some one bigger finds out what the small guy is doing.

In Odyssey and the time beyond I hope the following happens
-Mainly: Players cause the universe to change,
-The universe is to always to be explored, but don't make this information of resource available via API. If a player want to posted no problem, but don't allow the resource map turn into a new local
-->The frequency of change should decrease but still should happen yet on a slower scale from wormhole, 0.0, Low sec to high sec, but change none the least. With Low sec and Null sec can see change in the political environment only after long and sustained effort as the empires resist change and take a while to cling onto opportunities in power voids. (ie for every month FW holds 80% or more of a enemies faction the winning faction permanently gains a low sec and High sec system. Agents change and some data cores become more and more rare.(to the point of alchemy for Data cores may be required to sustain the construction of some tech 2 ships) If 5 years pass un headed a complete faction could be wiped out only to spawn a new faction in another civil war.

--> resources change everywhere but at varying speeds and values-
--->ice belt stop replenishing after a year and then respawn in a new location even if an old location still has ice
---> Moon minerals will have a random Large set amount and then respawn at a different location once depleted
---> new planetary belts will have a variety of minerals, all recharge at different rates but if the mineral is completely depleted it will never refresh, instead it will respawn and grow in a different Planetary belts, This will Require farming and also the enemy an opportunity to over mine a mineral and kill an asset

---> Structure created Hidden belts, Players can build infrastructure than can modify not only how much but also what type of resources to collect. You want a level 4 belt of Veldspar and Scordite just pick up Gevlins new T2 Common Ore Detector, available at Ammar Prime Bay 45B6. These belts refresh and or respawn like regular belts. But don't flip like the current Structure hidden belts.
---> I would love the ability to seed some regular belts, to collect unique minerals or the harder to find minerals, and will grow over time faster for area with lower sec status, but will stop once mined out completely. So yes I can plant some Archnor crystals on a Scordite asteriod and that asteriod will convert from Scordite to Archnor over a period of time till it becomes fully an Archnor Asteriod, then it will slowly grow changing the other scordite asteriods into Archnor will all the scordite is completely archnor and the archnor roids continue to grow into size till they are mined. If popped that archnor roid is gone for ever, but if not popped it will refresh growing larger. Then enemy PVP fleet escorting a series of Hulks strip mines the belt, Then jumps out. Burning your crops just before they invade.

-->Some player structures are easier to abandon than to recycle (Hacking off line towers or hubs) so new players have a windfall created by the fall of another player.
-->I would like to see more Structures like poco's will switch side after some violence.(as they currently are)





Someday I will have the time to play. For now it is mining afk in High sec. In Cheap ships
