looking for Null sec PvP corp 178 mill sp

I am looking to join a US based corporation focused on small to large scale Null sec PvP. I have a lot of experience ranging from industry to PvP but have been into industry the last few years. I am looking to get back into PvP 


What I have to offer:

* Self sustaining
* Ability to fly any ship with max offence and defence capabilities
* lots of null sec PvP prior to new sov changes 
* small gang experience solo and group 
* mature positive attitude
* Always willing to help others

What I'm looking for in a corp.

* active US time zone based 
* in a null sec holding alliance
* ship replacement program a plus but not necessary
* willingness to help
* friendly atmosphere

My logon times very but generally are in us time zone and can be short at times with real life things going on. So if you have a strict call to arms policy that I have to be there I can't guarantee this. As real life comes first for me even as much as I like the mechanics of eve I will still do my best to participate. I won't post my skill set on here but will provide it upon talking to someone about there corp/alliance if asked.

I have revived a good number of replys and I just wanted to thank everyone for there consideration to let me join there ranks. I have made a decision to join one of the corps. Thanks again for everyones time and look forward to seeing everyone on the battle field wether friend or foe.
