most likely those that actually understand what goes on in null sec ~_~ anyways, if it not used to bash posses, then what would you use it for? Even if a mod can't target you, you still can't pass through that shield unless you know the code, or...well...simple enough brought down the pos.

Why else would you want to be immune to pos mods? Or is staring at the outside of a forcefield something you enjoy?

He wants it to be immune to pos mods, so that you could sit uncloaked all day at an enemy jumpbridge pos or the likes, and tackle stuff as it came through. Little does he know, black ops ships actually have this funky device they are attuned for fitting called a 'cloak', that allows you to decloak, pop haulers or fragile ships, then warp off before the pos can lock you.

What inevitably WOULD happen, is redeemer pos bash fleets, that would make most highsec poses defenses useless, and would create a world of trouble for highsec pos owners.

A super and a cyno bomber?

Yes they can, but I don't have a handy 30bill isk+15 for a character. Not sure what ships you have that are immune to pos ewar effects, you can siege a dread on a jump bridge, but then you're stuck for 5min.

Or make them able to use cloak when they are at warp, this is not the same as being able to warp while cloaked.
They still couldnt warp away cloaked like covertops can.
But they could warp -> use cloak while in warp , and arrive to the grid without notice,then they could slowboat to get into position for attack.
