This is really overpriced. You seem unmotivated to sell the character. I would be willing to offer a more than fair price of 7.5 and not an isk higher. If you want to get down to real talk let me know, otherwise GL.

You do realize that the sp is only valuable because you pay for the training time? So adding the sp on top of the game time isn't really how it works.

The valuation is therefor 6-7 bill.

And no, i'm not interested so honesty and such.
