Gallente medium rails might be hurt but Caldari are fine- and they are the rail race.

250mm railgun Sniper Rax is actually pretty decent. Doesn't have the tank to go toe-to-toe with Sniper Moa, but with the drones and faction lead it can supply really good dps at 50 km. In a fleet (in a medium plex) it's good at applying dps to ranged e-war.

11.56k EHP
515 dps at 23 km, and 396 at 47 km. 207 at 84 (without drones this time). Plus better tracking.

Usually involves assiging drones to whoever is near warp in and then applying dps at 47 km which is outside range of most ships.
If targeted, then it burns off to 90km and tries again.

Tears.... Last time I felt this way was when they split Remote Sensor Damps.... I miss reducing your range and making you wait 30 secs for a full lock. I miss you Caldari Online with your kick @ss Navy ships and long range Torpedos. I miss you 7th launcher on the Drake, We were all friends once living in our bubble of happiness. Now all I see is depair and depression.

Some people don't like that their long range blaster talos is getting a little nerf. I like the rail talos better, anyway.
