I'm looking for around 10-15 Mil SP research and invention character; Exhumer, manufacture, and PI skills are also appreciated.


Required Skills:
Mass Production 5
Command Center Upgrade 4
Interplanetary Consolidation 4
Lab/Advanced Laboratory Operations 5


Valued Skills (Not required):
-Cybernetics 5
-Advanced Mass Production 5
-Command Center Upgrade 5
-Interplanetary Consolidation 5
-Exhumers and T2 Mining Skills

Budget:
3-6 Billion Isk
-I have more if a really good pilot comes up
-I have been watching this forum for a month and watching the prices and as a rule of thumb 1 Bil/3 Mil SP (Flexible) has been the sale price so I keep this in mind, but I do understand this is just a rule of thumb.


If you have a character that doesn't quite fit but is close, feel free to post them. I might be interested. If you want ISK quick and easy then I'm the place to sell. I'm on all weekend and am easy to deal with.

depending on your budget, here are some toons with various SP lvls. All great manufacturing toons though.

RRD-717 - Its a nice char, but I'm hoping more for research focused as opposed to manufacture focused.
NutzandBolts - Those are some nice characters, II might contact you about the 18 mil SP character if I don't find something a little more suited and if its still available.
