Looking to possibly purchase a Nyx toon, the more focused the better. I don't want a load of subcap skills or whatever so I'm not really prepared to pay for them, either.

Doesn't have to be perfect but should be fairly close to perfect.

Usual requirements:
Fighter Bombers IV/V
Carrier V
Remote ECM Burst
Armor Comps V
Cyber V
Etc

Not sure on budget so just post all offers.

Probably not, no.

Such a large budget would imply the toon has a lot of SP. In other words, it has stuff that isn't Nyx related and therefore wasted (for my needs).
