Turning modules online must be reworked.

Hi there. I guess that time has come to change mechanics of the turning modules in space. Today it demands 95% of capasitor, no matter what sizes and fiting demands of the module. It is very strange - to turn on salvager abord frigate costs in times smaller amounts of cap, then onboard BS.
I guess that each module must have it's own fixed "turning on" price.

The real question is why're you needing to offline/online things in space (or rather, "in space, out of range of fitting services")?

Well, i use harbinger in low sec hunting with beams. It is simply have no CPU to to have on-lined salvager t2. In that area station is not so often. What for should i fly many jumps, if i can turn it on after dealing with rats?
It's just an example.

It should be a set amount for each mod.
