Hello Tau,

I have noticed that you post in most posts in almost all sessions of the EVE forums.Of course I find your answers very helpful, but I am very curious on why and how you do that? Are you "stalking" the forums? Do you use any special software to display them and go to those posts interests you and answer? Is there anything special, I am missing about being the character with the most posts/answers or general participation in EVE forums?

PS 1. You remind me the good old Dark Shikari posts period, until around 2008. Those old like me know about who I mean.
2. Sometimes the idea behind the character Tau Cabalander, are maybe more than one person IRL crosses my mind.
3. About the software thing I am asking : Because I read very often the forums myself, but I am not familiar regarding the existence of such tools that gathers them and/or provide any other help to forum readers, I would like if anyone knows about their existence to let me know (pls dont tell me about google-it because i don't t know the special term/name they go by).

I enjoy EVE a lot, and I like to help people, so a natural extension is that I want to help people enjoy EVE as much as I do.

I don't use any special software. The key is to not to have a life outside of EVE, flexible office hours, and an irregular sleep pattern. Example: I almost missed this thread because it was heading towards page 2.

For spooky presence, talk with Chribba. I'm pretty sure he uses software (probably part of his EVE-Search site) to detect his name being dropped.

I see, Well thank you for the response. actually I was curious mostly regarding on how something like that is possible, by the use of tools or without them.I am a relevantly frequent forum roamer myself, so a "pro" forum roamer might give me a clue...Blink




PS Thanx for the eve search stats info.I didn't know such thing ever existed.I play EVE almost ten years and read the forums almost that much too!!!
