IIRC the devblog detailing the main skill changes in the summer was published a month or so ago.

Is there an ETA of when these changes will appear on the test server to give us chance to make sure we have maximised the benefits, as well as y importantly try and see if we as players uncover any major issues with the change.

Obviously the change to try out ships I will be able to fly after the change is also a plus.
