Is There a Way to View Petitions without Logging in?

So my main account got banned for an April Fool's joke-gone-wrong. I petitioned it, CCP responded with an email that says something like, "Click here and select the closed petition to view it," except I can't view "My Petitions" when I'm not logged in, and I can't log in with my account banned.

Help?

Hi there,

You can mail us directly at the following address: support@eve-online.com . This won't require a login to your EVE account.

I would suggest using the same email that is registered to your account so that verification of account ownership is easier.
