Non-English clients should open their language's help channel by default

As it is, there are Russian speakers and English speakers, along with some Germans that seem to come into the rookie help channel on the regular, but it seems like there's an English only rule on that channel. Someone on there today raised a good point, that unless the different language speakers get pointed, by default, to the help channel with the same language as they've set their client to, they should be allowed to ask for help there. As it is already a very high-volume channel, I'll admit that the different languages on there get kind of annoying.

So, if at all possible, I'd propose that non-English clients should open the corresponding language's help channel, instead of the normal rookie help. I know there are no non-English rookie help channels, I'm talking about the standard help channels for those languages.

Edit: I can't think of a good title for this thread

Current title is good.

And I'm rather in favor of this. +1

Then why do the help channels even exist for these other languages? Why does Eve support cyrillic if you're only supposed to speak English?

To isolate it from the paranoid Americans who assume they must be conspiring or talkiing about them. Sadly Americans need to get out more. Or learn a language a little besides that mandatory year of high school spanish they do and call it done.

I'll +1 this....gets the noob channel ISD's from spamming chat with their cookie cutter posts and gets the people to where they need to go. Some nights the ISD"s get lucky and a bi-lingual is in there to clear up any confusion. Sometimes I can feel the ESL players pain as I am an American living in Japan.

I know well sometimes there is a big gap between reading something and knowing what the hell it actually means. Like when I read my kid his books. I can read a word jsut fine...no clue what it means though if a new word.

Or americans... I don't know, could learn French. Or Russian. Or Chinese. 3 largest languages besides English, that I can think about. Too stubborn? Not my problem, honestly. English is only spoken by about 6% of the Earth population. Total.
