API expanded to include Corp Adverts

I would like to see Corporation Adverts be accessible via a new api url. My recommendation would be '/eve/AdvertList.xml.aspx' with an optional parameter of a corp id. Because Adverts are created with a duration of day increments, a long cache would be acceptable.
