I'm sorry to hear about your loss.

This is of course not how we usually treat out new potential recruits, so on behalf of the alliance, I'd like to apologize.

Now, down to business. I might have an idea of whom this recruiter is, as we have received a few complaints about him before.
Please send me a list of lost assets and the amount of ISK that you have lost (Please add screenshots as proof), and I will initiate an investigation.

I joined Goonwaffe yesterday without handing any isk / api over or having any kind of background check done / being required to kill anything. The fact that I was kicked 10 hours later is irrelevant.

Im sure the cost of the investigation will be refunded once they have confirmed the facts.
