You do know that Tengu with Command Sub gives more bonus than a Vulture does at present.

Just in case, has max Siege bonuses with Tengu, Working on command at present.

yep. but CCP will nerf tengu siege bonus from 5% to 2%, so...

Come summer patch time this character will be flying every Command Ship. The only training left that is required are the leadership skills and by the time you would get those done it will be close to patch time. If interested send me a mail. He would be much cheaper then what you have up as your max budget.

Also note that if you are interested this toon will be getting 6mil + sp from having BC V come patch time also

-Industrial Command ships 5 (23 days to rorqual)
-Cybernetics 5 (for mindlinks)
-Covops 5 with decent scanning skills.

Also includes a Mining foreman mindlink (worth approx. 1b) and a set of scanning implants (in a second clone). GREAT wormhole character!

This is an amazing tengu and boosting pilot. Futhermore, she is ready for the changes to commandship/T3 boosting when that occurs.
