Half the SP are in industry and there is just zero focus on anything. Looks like the char has meandered through training.

Id have to disagree with you that "half" the SP is in industry? Just over 2mil SP out of 25mil is not HALF. That being said it is not worth 10 Billion but a decent amount. I would state6Billion.

+ You have decent ship skills
+currently training up Capital Ship Nav skills to V
-Lacking in gunnery and missiles skills to supplement ship skills
-Also lacking in the training for the summer ship skill change (Destroyers and BC)


Definitely a toon that can be focused somewhere.
