As the title suggests, looking for a good solo Harpy pvp fit... high damage, good speed. Kinda new to the fitting craft.

I was leaning more towards a blaster, MWD fit, but I'll definitely take some rail suggestions. Not asking for the "best" fit, just something that's a good anti-frig, possibly anti-dessie, but overall a good FW, solo boat.

Both fits look fairly solid, but you have a near 0 EM resist on them (actually 0 on the blaster fit) so I suggest dropping the extender rig for an Anti-EM rig

I wear my goggles at night.

Any spelling/grammatical errors come complimentary with my typing on a phone

Neutron fit -
Downgrade to a Regolith Medium Extender
Convert one magstab to a TE II

You can then fit a rocket launcher and lose the Overclock rig - fitting an EM shield rig.

I hate EM holes in harpies. I'd rather lose the rocket launcher DPS and a little buffer to plug it as well as I can.

Rail Harpies are a beast. Here's a fit I picked up on failheap and tweaked a bit to improve cap life (failheap version called for bursting the mwd, my versio perma-runs it). You hang out at 20km from your target doing up to 189 DPS to them till they die. Brawlers trying to close with you get held in place by the overheated dual webs, you just slow them down with them and return to your optimal 20km.

Other kiting ships and light missiles are your bane, as is anything that can project EM damage out to 20km.

Confirming that the 2x Web, Rail Harpy is HellaFun to fly. I don't do frigs much these days while in Marmite, but that Rail Harpy is a good 'un and pretty close to an easy button vs a lot of other frigs.

WMD on brawler? You won't catch dedicated kiting ships like the condor and against other brawlers with warp scramblers the wmd is useless.

Usually this is true but not with the Harpy due to its range bonus which is a good thing because the ship is dog slow with an AB and really needs the MWD to get around the battlefield. I have caught condors on occasion with OH MWD and slingshot and fighting brawlers is not really an issue since they want to be close too.

The only tricky situation may be scram range kiters with AB but you can handle that. With AF 4, neutrons and null you will hit for 200 cold dps and 232 OH at 6.4+4 which is not too shabby and will kill or cause almost all of them to pull out of scram range giving you the option to warp or reactivate your mwd and close in again. If they get out of scram range sometimes they will forget to reactivate their scram and all of a sudden you are on top of them burning their ship down. Usual caveats about links apply of course.

To the OP, this is a great ship to fly, but it has a couple drawbacks. Like all AF it is expensive though its price has been coming down a bit. You will lose them too. Once you commit to the fight, either you or your opponent are probably leaving in a pod unlike in some kitey ships which can disengage at will. Also, people love killing harpy's (even I do) and so you need to be prepared to get hunted and blobbed. Fortunately a solo Harpy can take on 2 or even sometimes 3 T1 frigs. All destroyers are targets too but watch out for lasers and you can often warp in on a frig/dessy combination. Use the FW plex mechanics to help protect against the blob and try not to fight outside on the gates (something I haven't learned myself yet).

Lastly I have wondered about downgrading to ions and adding a nos for anti-cruiser work. Not sure if the nos will allow you to maintain enough cap to tackle and shoot a cruiser with a non-bonused neut, but it is something I have been wanting to try.

Basically my version of the kite/rail/web.

More gank/range at the expense of cap life compared to the other listed fits, DG point is actually almost identical in stats to TII but uses less CPU, basically allowing you to wedge a 24k onto it, its around 10mil so is in no way prohibitive.
