Did I miss something?

I just cashed in 20,000 research points for data cores, have not been by that agent in a while, and I did not have to pay the extra fee's.

Last time I cashed in RP's I had to pay an additional 10,000isk per data core. That should have cost me 20M to cash in 20,000 RP.

i don't remember reading anything about this being changed?

not that I am upset about it, but something like that should have been in the patch notes.

are you sure you checked your wallets correctly?

yes i double checked to make sure I had 20 mil on hand, I had 24 mil in my personal wallet at the time. I keep most of my isk in corp wallet to share between alts.

After I bought the datacores I still had 24 mil in my wallet, it should have been empty.

Well, now you have to bug report it, or it'll be abuse of an exploit.

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.

We cashed in some the other day and the ISK charge was taken. So must be a personal bug.
