Is their a way for me to see/know if an old toon has "free" skil points?

Just relized I have an old eve accout I forgot about and I was simply wondering Is their a way for me to see/know if an old toon has "free" (unallocated skill points) with out reactivating said accout?

You can use hours for Plex to reactivate the account for 4 hours, but then you have to apply a Plex to the account or the feature will be removed for that account.

I suppose you could try a petition, but don't expect much.
