Looking for an Amarr or Minmatar Combat focused pilot suitable for FW.

If Amarr must focus on Lasers and Armour, preferably BS or HAC capable ie appropriate turrets usable
If Minmatar must focus on Turrets etc for bonuses.

2b budget, may increase a little if a v good offer is made.
