I just used an improved relations agent in guristas space. I traded some tags for a Worm 2runs Bpc and now it seems he doesen't want to talk with me anymore. How often can i do that? Only once or it has a cycle time?

The Faction ship BPC offer can only be completed once in the life of the character.
