Grand Admiral Simo-Hayha seems to be missing from the ballot?

Voted.

It's widely accepted that null sec will own at least half of this CSM. Poetic Stanzel posted the null bloc voting lists on her blog, and it seems like that's a pretty good estimation of how CSM8 will turn out.
