just so you know, for there to be a 150mil sp pure combat pilot, you are lookat one who has EVERY SINGLE ships skill to 5, all gunner missiles to 5 and drones all maxed to 5. hell for that matter even engineering, mechanic and electronics. i hope you have 90+ bil and a lot of time to wait lol.

I didn't say pure combat, just mostly combat, that means relevant skills such as engineering, mechanics(that aren't production skills etc)
I have time, and isks(150b budget for this specific char if the char is worth that much obviously, I won't give 150b for a mediocre 150m SP toon)

Bump, looks like the other char backed out from the agreement. So budget is back up to around 150b isks for one or more 150+m SP toons(if you want 150b your char has to be 180m SP or more)
