lol...no noobs in c5-6 space?
you don't visit there very often do you?

When most non C5 to C6 corps are out gunned by their higher up cousins, it makes anyone in a lower class of wormhole a tad...reluctant to pay you guys a visit, and to be honest it's the way it should be. You don't go around pissing off the great whites of W-space, less they decided to turn around and make you prey.

It's fine if you get invaded just call AHARM and norcorp... they'll rescue you.

Unless one of your guys made a Borat joke once... then you are BAAAD people, and the WH morality police will help try and evict you.

Which has its own set of compensatory pleasures, to be sure.

Its made it harder to stumble into PvP fun because more players understand how to protect themselves and who to look out for.

For a decent fight now you have to find someone who is willing, has enough pilots on, and is in the right TZ. Since everyone flies pretty much the same fleet comp, it all boils down to numbers. Meeting these requirements is rare.

Having to find someone who is willing and able has nothing to do with w-space and everything to do with the way pvp work in all parts of space except HI. But HI is bizarro rules that may or may not work properly.

It especially has nothing to do with the maturity of w-space. Go back to when it was immature and you didn't see another person for weeks.

Arranged fights don't have the same urgency as sh*t your pants 'here they come' PvP. Everyone laughs at the end... Oh boy that was close... Man you almost had me... It takes away the glow of victory and the bitterness of defeat.

If you're arranging fights then move to null. I hear it's a bear's magic wonderland.

Forcing someone to come out and fight in the past required a siege, but the average WH player has by now been in one or another big WH alliance or has friends in them. If you get pressed in your home system, you batphone for help and no telling who is comming at that point. But they will be comming and with twice what you have because if they don't have twice the phone is still ringing.

If you're using a seige to pvp people....null ---> that way. Wait no. I think they discontinued that practice in favor of arranged fights....nvm. I don't know what you're trying to accomplish here other than to take the same attitude as many nullbears which is "I want to pvp and noone will wah". You sound like you're originally from null. Let me guess, you're in a fairly capable corp in a c5 somewhere with bunch of guys packed in there like a public bathhouse. Everyone knows that c5's are where nullbears go to retire.

Thats it in a nutshell. Its why VoC looks for fights in Null. Its why Bite Me is in Low. Its why AHARM is afk except for someone manning the batphone. The bears have been reading your manuals using your tools and watching your instructional videos. They are grateful.

Yep, you're in a C5....all I can tell you man, is get into a smaller corp. That way when you show up, noone will know that you're also capable of fielding +40 guys to back you up when they start kicking your butt. Otherwise, yeah....noone smaller is going to fight you. That's not w-space's fault. It's yours for not recognizing it as the safety net you were seeking.

Me and my crew, a 3 man corp with alts, recently took on one of those big c5 alliances. You know what they did? Fielded a carrier because we killed one of their t3's in a fair fight. I presume it was due to them not having the numbers online at the time to completely overwhelm us. So, you only have yourself to blame.

Now who's fault is your lack of pew? The guys that you can completely overwhelm when they get out of the way? Or yours for bringing fights completely overwhelming the other party?

Instead of arranging fights, maybe what your corp should do is set rules of engagement. Go hunt lower level subcap holes. Make those rules state you can go hunt with whatever fleet comp you want but no additional support is coming your way. That way you won't be temped to pile +40 guys into a fight against only 3 just so you don't lose. Then maybe people will stop getting out of your way when they see you and actually pew with you.

There's nothing more thrilling than a fight you know, going into it, that you could lose and stand a good chance of doing so while still coming out on top in the end.

Don't ban me, bro!

It's funny cause VoC never fields large gangs in whs. Last night some blobby scrubs thought we outnumbered them. So we warped 8 armour ships(our entire fleet) into their 30 armour ships on a hole! We showed them and died gloriously!

From what I've heard, it was ~10 against ~20. Assuming that was the incident you're complaining about. And yes, people were assuming you'd come in a 30-man T3gang, that's why the welpships. Since, you have the reputation of leaving nothing alive.

With my main I was told we should rage roll till we find one of our "friends" being attacked by other "friends". Leadership was not happy with it. I told them to fu*k it. Lets shoot them all.
They laugh couse they thought my idea was to attract fire from both sides. I just wanted them all
