I think this is a bit late, and no one from CCP will ever notice this.
Still as we all play in this game - what do you think about this.

We know that CCP is planing a resource redistribution in the upcoming expansion.
From my perspective - they cannot simply re shift all moongoo - this will brake eve economy - without time for eve economy to adapt.
All T2 modules / ships is build from this thing.

My idea is quite simple - leave the moongoo - as it is on the same spots/ mine able in the same way etc etc.
But add to current nullsec ( and only nulsec ) asteroid belts new "rocks" that after refining will give you moon minerals.
So in the north we will rocks with technetium - but every one can mine them , but , yes again but.
Create some new probable Gravi sites ( high / low / null ) that can have moongo from another region - that can spawn everywhere.
Additionally make a Ladar ( harvestable sites - drug production ) spawn across eve universe.

But they are doing this at this moment.
And this will not require as much change as you could suspect.
1. You simply add new ore that can be mined and spawns in belts.
2. Create few line of scripts that while refining this ore you get moon minerals
To do this in just this form - well to be honest - when all graphics are ready - 1hour of work , at most.

Still we are not talking about adding 1 ore , much more that will represent "current region moon metals".

Just keep the rarity split in this ore.

my guess is that the whole POS industry will change in a drastic way, since they annonces a change in POS too.
