Why can't you request Quafe from people when making contracts?

I was just wondering why you can't list Quafe as requested items in a contract? All the Quafe shirts and the Quafe Iterons show up in the list, but not actual Quafe or Quafe Ultra. Whats up with that? I want to trade items for Quafe instead of ISK :(

It's all about that Quafe!

Because the New Eden Dental Association has a very powerful lobby organisation, and they have banned the open contract trading of soft drinks to ensure that no single person collects them all and that as many people as possible have their teeth rotted out and become in need of expensive dental surgery can enjoy its refreshing taste.

The buying and selling of humans is only allowed in the Amarr quarter.
Given that Quafe has refused to confirm that they are not in fact using human remains in their product, the remaining empires have prohibited the salege in their territory of this item on the contract market.

Quafe is a booster and although they are a legal version they are still in the narcotics category and those cannot be contracted for obvious reasons.

The very sun of heaven seemed distorted when viewed through the polarising miasma welling out from this sea-soaked perversion, and twisted menace and suspense lurked leeringly in those crazily elusive angles of carven rock where a second glance shewed concavity after the first shewed convexity.

But you can contract them just fine, you just can't ask for it in exchange of other items. Kinda weird if you ask me
