All you need is the Planetary Interaction Skills really. No other path.

Race is irrelevant.

Don't ignore the planetology and advanced planetology skills. They affect how accurate the resource map that you see is, with low skills there's a large error in the heat map of resources, so areas that look like they have high concentration of a resource may have a very low and vis versa.

Indeed they both need to be at 4.

Is there a large difference between AP at 3 or 4? I was going to stop all my accounts at 3 just to save time on all my alts

Any further levels always help. Are you gonna only play EVE for a limited time or something ? Sorry, but at 3 years and in the middle of Caldari Freighter V (36 days) time is irrelevant to me at this point.

I have 3 active accounts and I am trying to make the most out of them before the time runs out . 2 of them had 6 months on them, in which 4 months has gone by. The 3rd i made about a month ago. I do enjoy the game very much but cant afford to keep all 3 accounts going.. Originally putting so much time on them was a gift to myself when I had money and I did the power of 3 promotion which was a great deal. So I figured I would try to plex 2 of them through PI and bay for the 3rd.

So I am just trying to capitalize on the next 2 months as much as possible. If i can start generating enough isk in the next month or so of course i will go to 4 with AP on each toon (total of 9). Right now each account has CC at lv 3 and Planets at 3 and Sensor at 3.. Working on getting them Science 4, Planetology 4 and then AP to 3

Think its possible.

If you can do some Ice Mining, divert your PI to all POS Fuel product and make Fuel Blocks.

You should be able to PLEX those accounts from the income. I support 4 this way.

I'd always go 1 more lvl higher for an iteron If I rly had to chose, but I'm greedy so I have PI at V + an Iteron V.

Slop if you want to experiment then join the Test server Singularity. Everything there is for 100 isk so it's the perfect place. You can also get free skill points for the Test Server if you participate in a Mass Test event. They last usually 30 min - 1h.

check the test server feed back forums near the bottom of the main page. there are links to help you set up for access to SiSi.

there will be a new mirror in the next couple days so when that happens you will have a copy of all your current toons on SISi.

AP IV will increase the accuracy of the data displayed (coloring) and decrease the deviation minorly over AP III, but the big bonus with the higher skill is increasing your chances of seeing hot spots that other players cannot see (because of lower AP skills) as well as increasing your chances of seeing better hot spots. So for example if you share planets with an alliance/corp in null/wh/ls and you have a large number of members on planets, the increased skill will give you access to materials other players may never see.

For when you want to know what commodities you can make with the planets in your system and other nearby systems.

How long do they usually take to manufacture?

300 Fuel Block Runs (12000 Blocks) takes 9 hours with high PE on the BPO. I use 2 BPO's, so 4 1/2 hours.
