BYDI History:

Formed in April 2005 by former BOB/SNIGG pilots who looked for a place to be free and escape from 0.0. We started out as mercs but after a few months we were back into Low Sec again to do what we know best, piracy..
We moved around in Eve and in 2007 we went into 0.0 in an alliance with Burn Eden. That was fun for a while but once again we needed to come back to Low Sec and we have been based in low sec since.

In 2009 we formed our own alliance just to test ourselfes in the Alliance Tournament 7. We ended up getting the bronze medal and some of those guys are still active in the corp so experience is heavy here.
After growing too big in 2009 the corp split into 2 with the ones enjoying small gang pvp staying in BYDI. We then formed our own alliance with some allies and stayed in it until we joined Shadow Cartel in 2012.

We have only been bigger than 60 members twice but we are still ranked as number 11 on Battleclinic which is a great achievement for such a small corp.


What`s life like in BYDI?

BYDI is a low sec based PVP corp that has no interest in politics and serious business. When we log in to play Eve we dont want to use 20 minutes to discuss who said what yesterday, we just want a gang to fly in so we can PVP.
As a BYDI member you will be online with 2-12 guys who enjoy different types of pvp and we are often seen roaming in frigate/cruiser class ships.
We tend to lean more towards the old school pirating with ransoms,griefing and solo pvp.

That life is not for all so to have more options for those who enjoy bigger gangs and capital fights we are part of the Shadow Cartel alliance.
The alliance has a very good leadership and offers daily ops that will satisfy all your needs. We live close to each other so meeting up for roams is just a few jumps away.

We got people playing over most timezones but activity is best in late EU timezone.


What kinda pilots do we want?


*Self sufficient
*Knowledge of PVP or willingness to learn quickly
*Mature attitude and the ability to take a joke
*Teamspeak 3 / Mumble and a mic



I just got to point out that if you think EVE is your job and you expect everything to be handed to you we wont take you in as you will leave in a few days.We play this game because we love pvp and want to escape reality for a little while to chill with good friends ingame.
