As the title says, anyone knows a tool that tells you if a list of items pasted from you (like EvePraisal, so not pulled by the API) is better to refine or sell?
Maybe with the possibility to set custom mineral prices?

I've searched the internet and here and didn't find anything.
A tool like this would be much better than API based one because you can give whatever list you want without having to wait the 6 hour or so delay for querying the assets.

is the best I've used. I'll either stockpile stuff and run EveRefinery on it or just use my fast rule of thumb since we got estimated values on items: If it sells for more than 100,000 ISK, sell it. Meta 4 stuff goes in a container for use/invention, everything else gets reprocessed.

*edit* Reading comprehension for the win... Sad EveRefinery uses an API. Honestly though, I don't see too much benefit in using a non API one anyway. Yes, you can avoid the query time limit, but are you really selling a bunch of loot every time you dock? Store it up, do it at the end of the day? Sometimes, I'll even store stuff up for days or weeks. Because of EveRefinery's efficiency in seperating out good sellables, I can just dock, dump stuff in a container and get back out doing things rather than spending time sorting loot.

Is there a reason you're needing to pull prices so frequently? Does the 100,000 ISK rule not work for you?

If the API wait is too long, you can always download everything from eve refinery and check it against the list. The prices might change a bit in between, but probably not wildly.

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.
