Did the match. Highest I got was 59% with Chitsa Jason, and we had conflicting views on all the issues I consider important. Go figure.

Artctura, on the other hand, is my lowest match, but yet somewhat agrees with the most of my critical issues. The 'weighting' system on this service seems broken.

The CSM has the same problem as candidates in RL. No one actually cares about anything other than getting elected. No one has any real power to do anything or get anything done. So no I'm not voting, you guessed it. And no I won't complain about anything, it does no good...

Only a couple scraped by the 50% mark for me, it seems to point to none of them being interested much in representing what I want out of the game What? I refuse to vote for HS hating meatheads so i'm finished with the voting.

Very nice tool, good to see the people i'd already decided to vote for high up on the results!

Also allowed me to see a few more that i'd previously missed, who also have similar views as mine!

Thanks for the good work Dierdra Vaal, keep it up! Lol

Post with your main, like a BOSS!

And no, i don't live in highsec.  As if that would make your opinion any less wrong.

No flash news for me, Trebor was already my top list and got top match with your tool.

Mynna and Malcanis would make excellent CSM members too but I couldn't finish my small list without adding Rippard Teg for it's social and communication skills that will always be some kind of reference from my point of view.

Fantastic tool, thank you.

Is Darius III or that Von Blootzenburgerhausenhoser guy (I can't quite remember the name) running again?

They are neighbors.

Bleh seems they are not running but wow that's a great site for checking out candidate's positions. Good work whoever came up with that.

There's definitely a few pro HS/casual guys on the candidate endorsement list. Perhaps they were too casual to fill out this website's questionnaire?

Great tool. I especially liked being able to read the comments by the candidates on WHY they answered the way they did, and sort out all the questions in the match table I didn't care about. Even though my chosen candidate was lower on the match list than some others, the comments in the table helped me understand why, and I was able to form a more educated assessment of their position.

My original candidate was someone other than Mangala until I read that feedback of the questions. That is what drove me to change my vote.

Nice Tool! Made a match and i was suprised by the results. A lot in the tops were my favourites, but there are 2 or 3 i'd never voted for. Anyway, it's sad there are still candidates missing. You should promote more for this tool. And maybe promote it more to the playerbase. There are a lot of players who would vote but don't know what candidate. Of cource, this should not take the decision from the players, but it would help to encourage them getting more informations about various candidates.

Until CCP puts voting and information in game....this is meaningless, much like the CSM. Oops

Why would I only care about getting elected? What's in it for me? A 50% chance to win 3 days of all day meetings in a converted fish factory? Why wouldn't I just spend less time doing some overtime and have a proper holiday?

I'm trying to do as much promotion as possible. CCP even posted it to their twitter and facebook. But I also need the help from players to tell other people about this - I can only do so much myself. So tell your friends! :)

The matching system is good in theory, but it doesn't match the issues as closely as needed.

Chitsa Jason got a whooping 71% of a match for me, but she's not running on an Indy platform. The dude that is comes almost in at the last on industry issues - go figure!

In the end, I'll have to do what I do for RL elections, vote independently on the issues that matter forget platforms. And for that Greene Lee is more suited. I'm all for the small/medium sized firms hungry enough for fame and profit to aspire; blob fleets to go the way of the Dodo (this is a skill based game); fixing the moon goo and POS problems; null/high-sec trade (as they need each other).

That isn't addressed in the candidate match poll, that has to come via viewing the candidates viewpoints. So still have to research and vote on substance.

Nice tool! I couldn't be bothered to vote in prior CSM elections because I was unwilling to research which candidates would be healthiest for the game.

Cipreh (92%)
DaeHan Minkyok (89%)
Chitsa Jason (87%)

At least one of those three synced up with me on every question except on introducing new content vs. updating old. Lot of "CCP has it right" and a few "more new stuff"s on that question. I guess people that don't just want to abandon everything that didn't work on the first iteration are the minority here? Perhaps the candidates are worried that potential voters might interpret that position as support for TEH EBIL INCARNAZ!!

Whomever pushes WIS to the top of the EVE "do it now" list gets my vote.

Since "Pax Donoticus" there's less need for emphasis on spaceships anyway, so now is the time to get WIS sorted. Blink
