We already have Angel and Gurista epic arcs so why not the others?

Anyone know if these will ever be implemented and when?

To my knowledge the development of epic arcs was stopped ages ago due to being horribly ressource-inefficient.

I can't see the Sansha 'arc' working lore wise, given they are 'prone' to turning people onto mind controlled cyborgs. The other pirate nations, I can see.

Resource inefficient? That are just missions in 0.0 space which has way less people than high sec mission locations.
