I do have Chimay Grand Reserve , Orval , and Kasteel onhand usually, but those require a certain "mood" lol.

I did forget one beer that I'll drink while playing Eve. Very interesting as the aftertaste actually changes and has made it into my top list. That is Saxo

Also any of the Unibroue line is usually on hand as well.

But, certain beers for certain things ya know. So, water, tea, or a clear soda is a good alternative :)

Not a bad beer preference for a guy living in the Southern US is it? Big smile

For flying about k-space, I usually go with water or a good IPA.

For fleet ops, a fine bottle of mead.

For days I feel like being fancy, bottle of Macallan aged 18 years. Classy!

It has to be coffee. By the caffetiere - approx 6 tablespoons of decent (preferably colombian) ground coffee beans, allowed to saturate for approx 2-3 minutes prior to plunging.

In a 1 litre caffetiere this can make 4-5 coffees by adding boiling water to a half cup of the coffee itself, of the most orgasmically delicious coffee. It's gotta be strong. Twisted

And when oftentimes playing eve in the nighttime, I indulge in some good old fashioned beer and on special occasions, a good whisky (favourites include Glenfiddich).

Don't get me wrong, I like my cocktails though ;) Big smile

It depends of the weekdays.

Usually water, on week-end: Beer, red-wine, a blend of whisky, maple syrup and ginger-ale, and my favorite: Trinidad Sunset ! Here is the recipe:

3 oz of Cointreau
few drops of Angostura (aromatic bitters)
ice
add some ginger ale or 7up if you want

Enjoy!
