Hi Guys,
i have below Cheetah fit:

8x Sisters Core Scanner Probe

+ Skills:
Astronometric Acquisition level 3
Astronometric Pinpointing level 3
Astronometric Rangefinding level 4
Astronometrics level 5
Covert Ops level 1
No Implants/wires.

And i have only 90 Base Sensor Strenght.

A friend of mine has exact fit, no wires, and same skills (range finding level 3 though) and has 106 Strenght... No idea why.
Could you tell me how can i increase it with no wires? Or explain how can he have so much higher strenght with almost same skill/fir set.

Covert Ops most likely. All same skills except Covert ops at level 3 would/should increase your scan strength to 106.
