WTB New PVP Toon (No Caldari Please).

As title says I wan't to buy a focused PVP toon, would love a toon focusing on 1 race ships/weps except Caldari if possible.

Prefer subcap toons around 12 - 30m SP. Below skills are important:

AttentionTII guns
AttentionTII tank
Attention Frig/Cruiser V
Attention Good drone skills (minimum drones V and scout drone op V)

Idea Clean Corp history is important (fewer the better). Please note clean does not mean I will exclude people just because they were i.e a Goon Twisted.
Idea Prefer sensible names i.e not ***** McFaggus.
Idea Prefer male toon, but female would be considered if they match everything else I am after.



If you think your 12m SP toon is worth 10B move along, nothing to see here.
