IDEA - Ability to block ALL local chat

Been in Jita or Amarr and just plain sick of seeing the scrolling **** going on, usually i end up minimizing local in these systems and have been wanting a way to permablock all local chat in the systems.

Implementation
1) A Button added to local chat to toggle the blocking
2) Easy way to see the local is blocked
3) the blocking of local is system specific and stays in your settings ( so you don't have to reblock jita everytime, and it doesnt block local chat in other systems).
4) the coding of this actually stops the local chat stream at the server side so it saves on both client and server bandwidth.

Can't think of much more to add to it, pretty light and tight n simple, did a couple quick searches before posting, hopefully theres not a dead thread thats a near carbon copy buried somewhere that someone will enlighten me with post-posting.

Yes please, I'd love to be able to block Jita local.

because minimizing the local window isnt quite enough....

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?
