also, have you tried rebooting your computer and trying again? also, what level of black screen? are you getting absolutely nothing, or are you getting the neocom? if you are getting the neocom, try undocking and see if anything comes up.

If you are getting a black screen when attempting to log in, please submit a petition under 'Stuck' and a GM will be happy to help you.

The black screen comes up after logging in and selecting a char, the box 'entering station' comes up and never completes.

Submit the petition as "stuck" from account management or another character on the account.

Stuck requests are #1 priority in the ticket que and are generaly looked at within 15 minutes.

Using this report category to report things other than being stuck will result in you're petitions being disabled and another form of punishment.

Youve been warned.

I'm actualy at work right now. But i work for government, so work actualy entails sitting around picking my nose and browsing the forums.

I'd gladly invest my time giving people personal, hand typed messages that come from the deepest places of my heart and soul and refrain from giving copy + paste replies, nomatter how much im irritated with the person requesting help Lol
