Looking to buy a PVP Gallente character that can fly Proteus with at least 18 million skill points


Must have
Gallente Battleship LVL 5
Gallente Cruiser LVL 5
Large hybrid turrets LVL 5

Vindicator Pilot would be also nice if possible


character must have no kill right on them and be in an NPC corp

Pretty much what you want right there. Just needs gallente dread and cap turret injected to be a moros pilot.
