Empire navies response time?

Question 1)
How long does it take for Empire navies to respond when an enemy FW WT enters a high sec system? In other words, how long before they will aggro and kill the enemy WT's ship? About how many seconds or minutes?

Question 2)
The enemy WT docks in high sec station. Does that reset the NPC navy aggro timer back to zero? If so, about how long does the WT have to stay docked to reset the timer?

(Here's what EVElopedia says about Empire navies' reaction:
•Players in FW corporations are attacked by enemy Navy NPCs when entering high-security space belonging to either of their enemy factions.
•Empire navies/militaries, react if a player with the FW flag or -5 and less faction standings jumps into an enemy high-security system.)

Depends about system security status, 0.5 it can take almost half minute, in 1.0 those are almost instant.

timer does not reset but it depends if navy is on grid already or not how long it takes to agro.

If you stay calm, it feels like lots of time. The general rule of thumb is, keep moving. Almost every ship except haulers and freighters can get through the enemy Navy.
Some people can camp gates and tank/kill the enemy Navy all day.

1) Really quickly if you are in their high sec. Not quickly enough if they are in your high sec.
2) No idea. I play FW mostly in low sec.

From my experience it's mostly non-responsive even for a plated BC until you get to 1.0 systems. Even then you just barely get the yellow box.

Maybe I'll take a cheap frig to enemy systems with various security levels and time the response times. (Need the info to counter WTs playing station games in a local .05 system).

Also bear in mind there are different faction navy spawns for different things.

If you are just a member of the enemy militia, the spawn times are pretty long and what turns up is fairly easy to tank for a while.

But if you have low faction standing with that faction (easy to do if you run plexes or missions for your militia and kill a lot of enemy NPCs) and/or you have low sec status (almost inevitable if you live in lowsec for an extended period) you still get the spawns for that, which are nastier and have warp disruptors and webs and stuff. I don't remember exactly which one does which, I almost never go into highsec any more.

The presence of webs is unrelated to your security status if you are a FW player jumping in an enemy FW system.

From what I've learned over time, jumping into an enemy FW system with an appropriate security status* (meaning you won't get shot because of it) triggers the faction poleece, that goes something like this:
- 0.7 systems: 500DPS, webs, 25-50 cap/second neuted;
- 0.8-0.9: 970DPS, webs, 50-100 cap/second neuted.

If you have an unfortunate security status, then it gets a bit more complicated, because everyone + their mother will shoot/scram/web you (players alike) and the timer is shorter the further you went down the drain.

Related to the question at hand, in a 0.5 system the navy is more likely to actually tickle them a bit, maybe web them.

* Players with -2.0 or worse will be attacked in 1.0 systems
Players with -2.5 or worse will be attacked in 0.9 systems
Players with -3.0 or worse will be attacked in 0.8 systems
Players with -3.5 or worse will be attacked in 0.7 systems
Players with -4.0 or worse will be attacked in 0.6 systems
Players with -4.5 or worse will be attacked in 0.5 systems

Faction NPC navies don't scram, so just don't worry about it.

If brute force isn't working, you're just not using enough.

Please Note: Any advice given comes with the caveat that nothing will be suitable for every situation.
